Live Scan Fingerprinting

Our on-site service is available at your home or office. Please have a government-issued ID, a Live Scan Submission form, or a Cactus ID available at your appointment.

Instant 14-Panel Urine Drug Test

We will visit your location to collect a 14-panel instant drug test, providing you with results in just 10 minutes.
Please note that this instant test will not be sent to a laboratory for further analysis, nor will it be reviewed by our Medical Review Officer (MRO).
Your convenience and privacy are our priorities during this process. For identification purposes, please have a photo ID ready.
DOT and Non-DOT Breath Alcohol Test

We are pleased to offer on-site breath alcohol testing in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. To ensure a smooth process, please have a valid photo ID ready for verification.
DOT 5-Panel Urine Drug Test

We provide a convenient service to collect urine specimens right at your location, adhering to all DOT regulations. This package includes the collection of the specimen, lab analysis, and Medical Review Officer (MRO) services to ensure accurate results. Please have a valid photo ID on hand, as it is required for verification.
If you opt to utilize your own laboratory and MRO services, we can provide a collection only for a fee of $35.
Non-DOT 5 or 10- Panel Urine Drug Test

We offer a convenient service where one of our team members will come directly to your location to collect the panel you select. This service includes the collection of samples, laboratory testing, and the oversight of a Medical Review Officer (MRO). For identity verification, please ensure you have a photo ID available.
If you opt to utilize your own laboratory and MRO services, we can provide a collection only for a fee of $35.
Drug and Alcohol Consortium
A drug and alcohol consortium consists of employees from various companies, including owner-operators, who must undergo random drug and alcohol testing. Truck drivers and safety-sensitive employees, as defined by DOT regulations, are included in this pool. Testing occurs quarterly and can be supplemented upon company request.
